So all the magazines are saying that over the knee boots are the ISH for fall. I'm strongly considering inventing in a pair of my own... but I'm only 5'3!! Should a short girl like myself really invest in these? Wouldn't those gargantuan things make me look even SHORTER? What are your thoughts?
