WHAT:	On Monday, June 30, the United States' top basketball
	players, including Kobe Bryant, LeBron James, Carmelo
	Anthony and Dwyane Wade, will assemble in New York City to
	take part in an unprecedented fan celebration and
	unveiling of the Men's Basketball Team that will compete
	for Team USA at the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games.
	Led by head coach Mike Krzyzewski, Team USA will gather at
	Rockefeller Center's famed ice rink for a team
	introduction that will feature all 12 members of the squad
	that will represent the United States this summer. The
	event will be hosted by TV personality Kevin Frazier.
	During the event, Nike will also unveil Team USA's new
	Swift System of Dress basketball uniform. The new Nike
	designed uniform eliminates 24 centimeters of material and
	reduces the weight by 31 percent. The uniform also
	features Nike Aerographics, an engineered mesh providing
	zoned cooling that reduces up to half the yarn, making it
	more lightweight and breathable. An exclusively designed
	"We the People" graphic, inspired by USA's rich history,
	is also integrated into the uniform.
	In addition to Team USA's uniform design, Nike will
	showcase the USA Nike Hyperdunk colorway. The Nike
	Hyperdunk is 18 percent lighter than the average Nike
	basketball shoe and is the lightest and strongest
	basketball shoe Nike has ever created. Key products
	inspired by the USA Basketball uniform and Hyperdunk
	footwear featuring Flywire technology will be available to
	consumers beginning July 26th.

G-III Apparel Group, Ltd. (NasdaqGSM: GIII) today announced that it has executed its first license for the Andrew Marc brand. G-III and Camuto Group, headed by Vince Camuto, have entered into a license agreement through January 31, 2013 for Camuto Group to design, market, and distribute women’s footwear under the Andrew Marc and Marc New York brand names. It is expected that product will begin distribution for the Fall 2009 season. Terms of the license were not disclosed.

Crocs, Inc. (NASDAQ: CROX) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Jibbitz, LLC, prevailed in its Federal copyright and trademark infringement case against defendant Jinjiang Huakai Shoes and Garments Co. Ltd., Jinjiang Jiaxing Shoes and Garments Co. Ltd. and Yuanhui Chen and its principals. The Court granted an injunction barring sales of infringing products by the defendants and awarded damages in the amount of $56 million in addition to attorney fees and other costs.

On April 23, 2008, Rocky Brands, Inc. (Nasdaq: RCKY) reached a settlement with Defendants Glen Bratcher, Westwood Footwear and Accessories LLC, and Nantong Hong Yi Wang Shoes Co. Ltd. in a lawsuit Rocky filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio on February 5,
2008. The terms of the settlement are confidential.
